Easy Coffin Cake for your Halloween Party

Halloween can be a fun time of year.  Don't be buried by work in preparing for your Halloween party. You can create this easy Coffin Cake using the shaped cake cutting pattern at CakeShapesDesigns.  You don't need any special shaped baking pans.  You only need the downloadable cake pattern. Simply bake two 9" square cakes, then cut, arrange, and decorate. I iced the cake with gray icing, but chocolate icing would be great too.  I simply added some string licorice along the edges and added some creepy, fun decorations to the cake.  People's memories will be 'haunted' by this fun, unique cake.
