Just cut -- arrange -- and decorate. Add some icing and some decorations and dazzle your guests. I'm not a "cake decorator" professionally. You don't need to be either. All the decorations on this cake were also bought at the local supermarket. Add some rolled fruit and Life Savers candies for pool floats, a piece of gum for the diving board, and some bear cookies.
